Hello, my name is Tommy Russell, I am a freelance makeup artist.  I love what I do, and it shows!

I have built my portfolio by working on hundreds of brides, models, and have an vast array of clients.  I have learned the tricks to becoming a real artist.  Some of the services Makeup by tommy offers are skin care and colour recommendations, makeup lessons, Special Occasion and Bridal Makeup, makeup for photography, television, theatre, and film, as well as Halloween and special f/x...

I have been on Breakfast Television (several times) teaching techniques and how to apply makeup to women of all ages.

My favorite thing to do as a professional makeup artist is to teach my clients – my friends – how to apply their own makeup in a simple, modern, and fresh way.

I have over 14 years of working experience.  I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia and cater to Halifax and its surrounding areas.
